Sparkling Up was founded by Roi Anne McRaith in the Twin Cities, Minnesota.  Her goal is to create a community of quality artists and art to share with the world.  From pottery to mittens, Sparkling Up has a wide array of products for sale.  Roi Anne personally seeks out artists to include in the Sparkling Up lineup, so you're sure to only get the most original, highest quality arts and crafts.
